E-mailing

You can reach all of your e-mail accounts through Messaging including Internet e-mail accounts that you have set up on your computer through an Internet service provider (ISP) such as Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail. Messages sent to those accounts can be scheduled for automatic delivery to your device.

In addition, you can use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) to synchronize directly with a Microsoft Exchange Server account or with Microsoft Outlook on your computer. This will enable you to synchronize Outlook e-mail, calendar events, contacts, favorites, and tasks. To send and receive e-mail for an Outlook e-mail account, begin synchronization through ActiveSync or WMDC.

Note: ActiveSync on your phone works with WMDC on Windows Vista, and with ActiveSync on Windows XP.
